Services

What I make for you.

3D printing, CAD design, prototyping, small series, spare parts and engineering consulting: all from a single source, manufactured in Switzerland.

Services

  • 3D printing

Functional parts by FDM, from a single piece to a production run, robust and load-bearing.

    • PLA, PLA-CF, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU 95A and PC
    • Technical materials: PA6-CF, PA6-GF, PET-CF, PPA-CF, PPS-CF and PC FR
    • Layer heights from 0.10 mm
    • Parts up to 330 mm edge length
  • SLA printing (resin)

When layer lines get in the way: smooth surfaces and the finest detail, beyond what FDM can reach.

    • 16.8 × 24.8 µm XY resolution
    • Tabletop and ABS-like resin
    • Parts up to 223.78 × 126.38 × 200 mm
  • CAD design

A sketch, a photo or an idea becomes a manufacturable 3D model, even when no data exists yet.

    • Designed for function, not for looks
    • Built for manufacturability from the start
    • The file is yours to keep
  • Prototyping

Fast iterations until the geometry is right. Changes between two rounds, not between two weeks.

    • First parts within a few days
    • Several variants produced in parallel
    • Load testing before release to production
  • Small series

Repeatable production from a handful of pieces, where an injection mould will never pay off.

    • Consistent tolerances across the whole run
    • Reorder at any time
    • No tooling cost, no minimum order
  • Spare parts & reverse engineering

Part broken, manufacturer gone, drawing lost? I measure the original and reproduce it.

    • Reproduction without existing CAD data
    • Material matched to the actual load
    • With the weak point fixed, if you want
  • Engineering advice

I tell you before the quote whether 3D printing is the right process for your part, including when the answer is no.

    • Process and material selection
    • What actually drives the cost of your part
    • Design optimisation before production
  • Laser engraving

Type plates, scales and serial numbers directly on the part, instead of a label that peels off.

    • Wood, acrylic, leather and bare metal
    • On printed parts or on material you bring along
    • Engraving area 268 × 358 mm
    • Best asked by phone on 032 511 36 50; the form is built around printed parts
  • Courses & training

From design-for-manufacture for engineering teams to a first print of their own for beginners.

    • Company training: half a day at your site
    • Private course: 1.5 hours, from CHF 90, optionally on your own project
    • Several years of teaching at public venues

How it works

Four steps from idea to part.

Send me what you have: a file, a sketch or a photo. It reaches me directly and without an account, and you get back a quote or a question.

  1. Request

Upload a file, a sketch or a photo. STL, STEP and 3MF as well as native CAD files from SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion or FreeCAD.

  2. Review & quote

I check manufacturability, propose material and orientation, and price the job.

  3. Production

Printing, monitoring, post-processing and a visual check of every single part.

  4. Delivery

Shipping anywhere in Switzerland, or collection by arrangement.
